Andrada Cosma

I am an independent psychologist in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and Imago relational psychotherapy. I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at Babeș-Bolyai University, as well as the Master's in Public and Clinical Health Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. I am currently a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Applied Cognitive Psychology, Babeș-Bolyai University.

I work in my own private psychology practice, currently with 6 years of experience working with children and teenagers. Over the past 3 years, my interest in psychotherapeutic practice has focused on the integrated approach, doctor-psychologist-nutritionist-sports coach, in counseling young people with diabetes and/or weight problems, running counseling groups. In my work with young people and their parents, I want to convey to them that well-being too can be chronic. Through the projects and collaborations I carry out, I promote the idea of giving people the chance to understand their emotions, thoughts and behaviors, thus securing their access to a life of meaning and significance.

Denisa Corbu

I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, a graduate of 2 master's programs at the Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca – Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, as well as Public and Clinical Health Psychology.

I currently work as a psychotherapist at the Romanian Foundation for Children, Community and Family, with teenagers and parents from disadvantaged backgrounds, as a counselor at the Student Expert Counseling Center Cluj-Napoca, as coordinator of the Scientific Department at the Choice Association and as a psychologist at the Straja Camps. I have always wanted to reach out to people with emotional suffering, who are sometimes unable to find solutions on their own to the problems they face. I believe my role as a therapist is, first of all, to give them the tools they need to better understand themselves and others, so that they can then make the changes they want.

Given my specialization in Health Psychology, my interest also turns to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Emotional factors make an important contribution to physical problems, including obesity, so young people need the support of a psychologist who can help them understand what triggers their unhealthy eating, what they can do to stop it and how they can have a better relationship with their own body. It is essential to intervene early in these problems, which can be overcome by acquiring and learning certain skills – healthy emotional regulation, effective communication, optimal nutrition and regular physical exercise. The chances of putting these skills into practice and maintaining them are all the greater the earlier they are learned.

Andreea Florea

I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and continued my postgraduate training in group psychotherapy with the Classical Psychodrama Association, in the psychology and clinical assessment of children, and training internships in Master NLP Rezonans.

The work I have done over these years has given me the chance to accompany both adults and children, alongside their families, on their journey of self-knowledge and personal development. My own inner journey, as well as my professional experience, made me understand the importance of childhood and adolescence, of the first relationships we develop during this period and how they influence us in our becoming the adults we later are. To understand an adult's issues, we need to know the stages of development, the feelings and experiences of the child. So in recent years I have been especially involved in projects dedicated to children, both in private practice as a psychologist / psychotherapist and as an educational trainer.

I look forward, with warmth and openness, to getting to know you!
