Once completed, the form is automatically generated and sent to our email and to your email (please also check your SPAM folder). Group enrollments are made by sending to the email address contact@taberestraja.ro a table with all the participants, their personal ID numbers, and the parents' names and signatures (on the first day of camp), confirming that they have read and acknowledged the Tabere Straja Terms and Conditions of participation.
2. After completing the form below, you have 2 working days to pay the camp deposit, 100 €/child and 100 €/accompanying adult, using only the text "name enrolled and camp date (example: Ilie Andrei 05.07-12.07.2026)", to BRD: RO11BRDE220SV76832832200 or BT: RO30BTRLRONCRT0489089801, account holder: S.C. FOMAR SPORT S.R.L. Lupeni, CUI: RO 34504711.
By making this reservation, you give your consent for SC FOMAR SPORT SRL, as the camp service provider, to process your personal data for the purpose of sending useful information, offers or newsletters from the company's email addresses.
Payment of the deposit represents your agreement with the terms in the form and the guarantee of the reservation. Please note that the deposit paid is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a future camp in accordance with the rules in the form.
